When you submit the booking form, we collect:
Your data is processed in order to receive, handle, and respond to your booking inquiry and to plan and carry out any agreement. The legal basis is GDPR art. 6(1)(b). Providing your data is voluntary, but we cannot process your inquiry without it.
Your data is processed via email and internal administration. Data is not sold or used for marketing.
Booking inquiries are retained for up to 90 days from receipt and deleted thereafter, unless a specific agreement is made.
You have the right to access (art. 15), rectification (art. 16), erasure (art. 17), restriction of processing (art. 18), and data portability (art. 20). Contact us at jonas@themeatengraver.dk — we respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (www.datatilsynet.dk).
