My name is Jonas Ohms. I tattoo under the name The Meat Engraver.
With over 10 years of experience, I have specialised in abstract realism, blackwork, and realism. My signature style is abstract x-ray motifs that combine hyperrealism with organic lines and graphic elements. Contrast, composition, and detail are what I work with every time I tattoo.
I work out of Ink Oasis in Næstved. Every session is a collaboration. You bring the idea, I bring the precision.
I welcome clients from all over the world — many come from the surrounding area: Sorø, Ringsted, Vordingborg, Faxe and beyond.

The session at Ink Oasis, Næstved. Design and tattooing are done in the same sitting, unless agreed otherwise.
Questions & answers
How much does a tattoo cost?
The price depends on size, detail, and placement. Contact me for a no-obligation estimate — I always quote before we begin.
Does it hurt?
It is felt — but most people find it manageable. Ribs and feet tend to be more sensitive. We take breaks as needed.
How long does healing take?
The surface heals in 2–3 weeks. Deeper healing takes 2–3 months. Avoid sun, swimming, and saunas in the first period.
It is my first tattoo — what should I know?
Eat a good meal beforehand, come well-rested, and wear loose clothing that gives easy access to the placement. We take it easy.
Do you take clients from outside Næstved?
Yes — I welcome clients from all over the world. Many typically come from Sorø, Ringsted, Vordingborg, Faxe, Slagelse and Køge. Næstved is centrally located in South Zealand, and Ink Oasis is easily accessible by train and car.
What are x-ray motifs and abstract realism?
X-ray motifs are my signature style: abstract compositions where organic forms — flowers, leaves, figures — are combined with transparency and graphic layering, as if seen through an x-ray. Abstract realism combines photorealistic precision with free composition — more art than traditional tattooing.
